New Construction Phased Inspections

(Home inspection for new construction)

If you are building a new home and want someone to be sure that the contractor is holding to the building codes, having an independent, unbiased inspector on site will ensure that your intentions for your new home are understood. This is a minimal investment for your peace of mind.

Are you building a custom home and want to make sure it is being built correctly right from the start? AllCheck Inspections provides professional inspections during the foundation and the framing stage of the home building process in addition to the final inspection.

Foundation Stage

Foundation Stage

The foundation stage inspection is an inspection just before the cement is poured for the footers, which ensures that the concrete will be poured to the proper depth.

Framing Stage

The framing stage inspection takes place just before dry wall is installed in the home. It is a structural analysis ascertaining that all load bearing framing components were properly installed. The process also includes an examination of the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins.

Final

When your home is finished your inspector will perform the final inspection prior to your final walk through with your builder.
