Each of our Complete Home Inspections come with a 90 Day Limited Warranty. Our inspector, armed with the most advanced inspecting equipment, performs a complete structural and mechanical analysis, carefully inspecting each of the following:

• Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats
• Electrical panels, breakers, and fuses
• Grounding and bonding
• GFCIs and AFCIs
• Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• Carbon monoxide and combustible gas leak tests

 Functional testing of built-in appliances including:

• Stove
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Built-in microwaves

 A basic home energy review including audits of the:

• Insulation and vapor barriers
• Weather-stripping
• Duct work, registers, and returns
• Thermostats
• Heating and cooling systems
