I was impressed with AllCheck after comparing their website to several other inspector's sites. AllCheck had the most comprehensive information visible on their site including pricing, sample inspection report and what to expect. My inspector Steve was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend AllCheck to anyone buying a home. Steven was a very stand up guy and helped us find many thousands of dollars worth of issues that the seller would have had to disclose had they not fixed. We opted for a reinspection which yielded even more findings and revealed very shoddy work by the remedial contractors. AllCheck's communication was efficient and reports were thorough. One gripe is that our chimney chase cover was not inspected and is leaking all the way to the foundation; something we would have asked the sellers to fix.
Steve at AllCheck was awesome. Super thorough, super clear communicator, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and why it mattered, and we left feeling confident about the home. We’ve been through multiple inspectors with our purchases and Steve is hands-down the best. Highly recommend.

David performed my inspection and I am so impressed with the turnaround time and detailed report we received! We got an email with our results the same day of the inspection, just hours later. It included many photos and recommendations for repairs and preventative maintenance. Our home is a new build and we weren’t sure if an inspection would be worth it, but we are SO glad we did it!
