TRUST BUILT OVER THE YEARS

I highly recommend AllCheck, especially if you are new to purchasing a home. The binder you are given, which includes your inspection report, gives you great information on being an educated homeowner. The inspection is thorough and alerts you to any problems the house may currently have or could be a problem in the future.
My inspector, Steven H. was fabulous and thorough.
UPDATE: I had a quick question about a post-inspection roof fix - I am not a roofer so I was unsure if the fix was correct. I sent a quick photo of the "fixed" roof area and was assured, by my inspector Steven, that the fix was complete and correct. *sigh of relief and happy to have hired AllCheck!

He set reasonable expectations from the start and completely transformed what could have been an extremely anxiety-provoking day into an honest, thorough assessment. We left feeling empowered to tackle our new fixer-upper, fully equipped with the knowledge of what needs attention now and what to expect down the road. Steve is genuine, honest, and truly knows how to care for people. If you are still reading this, just call him already!!!!

Unfortunately, our inspection brought some difficult news on a home we were planning to purchase, but Steve delivered that information with so much care, professionalism, and kindness. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how patient he was and how clearly he explained each concern.
We are so grateful for his honesty, attention to detail, and guidance. We will definitely be returning customers in the future and would highly recommend Steve to anyone needing a home inspection.

He let me follow him through the whole inspection and took time to explain what he was looking at and why it mattered. He was thorough, especially in the basement and attic, and pointed out things I never would have noticed on my own. The foundation cracks, improperly notched floor joists, plumbing issues, and electrical concerns he flagged were the kind of findings that genuinely protect a buyer.
The report came back the same day, well-organized with clear photos and useful categorization (Significant Concerns, Minor Issues, Maintenance List). It made it easy for me to put together a serious inspection response with my agent.
What stood out most was that Steven took the time to teach, not just inspect. He treated me like a future homeowner who needed to understand his house, not just a client to get through.
If you're buying in central Indiana, ask for Steven. Worth every dollar.

Steven first came out for a pre-drywall inspection and reassured me that the builder I was working with was doing a solid job overall, while still pointing out a few imperfections in the building process. Everything was clearly documented in a very detailed report.
He then returned last week for the final inspection and once again provided a thorough report for me to share with my builder. Throughout the entire process, Steven has been incredibly easy to talk to and does a great job explaining things in a way that actually makes sense.
Considering the last home I purchased in 2020 — when inspections were often being waived because of how competitive the market was — I feel much more confident knowing Steven with AllCheck has gone through every square inch of our new home.

Steven took the time to walk me through his findings and explained everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. We especially appreciated that he pointed out both positives and areas for improvement—it felt balanced and honest.
Overall, a great experience. We’re looking forward to working with Steven again for our final inspection this summer. Highly recommend!

What we really appreciated was his approach to communicating with us. he informed us without alarming us and made sure we felt prepared for what would appear in the report. This is our third home buying experience, and it was by far the best!

We received our inspection report the same evening and were able to share it with our buildings quickly so they could begin their corrections before we close!
I would highly recommend Steven to all of my family/friends/clients and plan to do so!

I’d recommend Steven to everyone - he made the inspection process seamless and easy to understand!
